This page is under construction. In the meantime, here is a short summary of how we handle your personal data.

When you submit a trip inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the trip details you share with us (package, number of travelers, requested extras, and any notes).

We use this information only to prepare a personalized quote for your trip and to contact you about it. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Your inquiry is passed on internally, through other channels, to the person who handles customer bookings and support, so they can follow up with you directly.

We keep your inquiry details for up to 12 months so we can follow up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a booking is confirmed, which is handled under separate terms.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Poland, the UODO).
